Bill Heilman

Born on the South Side of Easton, Bill was raised by wolves until the age of 12, when he was drafted into the New York Yankees AAA farm team. A dependable catcher, Bill batted .289 his first season, but was injured in a scuffle over a hotdog with future Phillies great Greg Luzinski, thus ending his professional career. Bill returned to Easton and graduated from Easton High School, where he achieved All-America honors in football. He then attended Northampton Community College and graduated from New York University with a major in film.

Known as "Mr. Video" around the Pennsylvania legal community since 1978, Bill is the driving force behind the implementation of video and digital technology in the courtroom. He was the first to initiate the use of the Digital Visual Presenter, Large Screen Projection and Sanction Trial Presentation Software in Northampton, Lehigh and Philadelphia counties, and keeps abreast of new digital technology by attending trial support seminars across the country.

Pet Peeves: Coworkers who yell at him for yakking on the cell phone, operating his laptop and drinking large amounts of coffee while driving his car at a high rate of speed.

Special Interests: Figuring out how to become a millionaire while still young enough to enjoy it.

Passion: His daughters, Sara and Shea.

Pat Rose

Originally born in Altoona, PA to affluent and influential parents, Pat and her family mysteriously left this thriving metropolis one dark and snowy night to avoid prosecution by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police on boot legging charges. As a teenager, Pat's love of music opened doors to a career as a studio backup singer, and in the summer of 1978 she toured South East Asia with disco queen Donna Summer, often filling in for Summer on lead vocals for "Love to Love You, Baby." Pat's singing career was unfortunately cut short when her vocal chords were injured in a kilm explosion in Singapore.

Returning to America and settling in Bethlehem, PA, Pat graduated from Northampton High School and Manor Junior College. She has been involved in the court reporting/legal field for 25 years. Pat's role within the company is to digitize and synchronize video, scan and code documents, create a database, schedule trial presentations, edit and print legal transcripts and work with a variety of computer software programs. Her always upbeat personality beams through the telephone when clients call, and disguises the fact that Bill keeps her chained to her computer in the basement 24 hours a day.

Special Interests: The showing and limited breeding of Chow-Chows. "I love all animals, but I have a special devotion to the Chow. After all, you can give and receive unconditional love from them, as opposed to men who prefer to receive and then roll over and go to sleep."
