Independent Contractors

Jim Vivian has been providing audio/video/computer tech services to attorneys in the Eastern Pa & NJ areas for over 25 years. A graduate of Northampton Community College and the Leland Powers Radio/TV Communications School in Boston, Jim has edited dozens of Day-In-Life/Settlement videos, videotaped hundreds of depositions, accident scenes and crime scenes, and provided electronic trial presentation services for attorney/clients in counties throughout Pa, NJ and New York. In his spare time, Jim enjoys teaching acting classes to teens and young adults and singing/entertaining at parties, clubs and corporate functions.

Joe Chapman was born in Washington, D.C. and raised in West Virginia.  He served in the United States Navy and attended Fairmont State University.  He has been a part of the Digital Justice team since 2002.

Dennis Solares was born and raised in New York.  He then ventured off to Coral Gables, FL where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Communication from the University of Miami.  Subsequently, he found his home in Bethlehem, where he joined the Digital Justice team.

Dave Herbert was born and raised in the Lehigh Valley. He attended Northampton Community College, Moravian College, and Lehigh Valley College for Visual Communications and Television Production.  He joined the Digital Justice Team in 2005.
